My family and I checked in at your hotel around 1:00 AM and were unfortunately woken up just a few hours later, around 6:30 AM, due to a serious water leak from the ceiling. We were forced to evacuate the room without having had any proper rest. Although we were moved to a new room at approximately 7:00 AM, we received no apology or acknowledgment from the hotel staff upon our return later that day. To make matters worse, the new room we were given had a constant, disturbing noise coming from the air conditioner, which once again made it difficult for us to rest. This led to yet another room change. We raised our concerns with the duty manager, but she appeared dismissive, lacking the professionalism and empathy expected when handling serious guest complaints. We are very disappointed about Hilton San Diego Mission Valley with the service we received, especially considering the multiple disruptions and the lack of proper response.

I had a terrible experience during my stay at a Hilton hotel in San Diego. I booked a room for three nights, but the bathroom was far below Hilton’s standards. On the second day, the hot water stopped working, and despite their attempts to fix it for two hours, they were unsuccessful. This forced us to move to a new room without any apology, disrupting our plans and requiring us to reschedule appointments. Additionally, when we returned to the parking lot in the evening, the key didn’t work, and after multiple unsuccessful calls to the help bell, the staff at the lobby hung up on me before I could finish explaining the issue. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will avoid Hilton in the future.

這是我們住過的算得上最差的希爾頓酒店，馬桶水箱漏水（自己動手調好的），空調聲太吵，衹能關了。隔音很差：隔壁洗澡聲，馬桶抽水聲，左右和對門房間的聊天聲，以及走廊客人進出聲，聲聲入耳！走廊地毯和房間地毯都很舊，而停車費卻出奇的貴，永安上註明停車費每晚34美元，實際卻收取37美元。因為不能退，衹能熬了三晚。

Terrible and poor service. Wrong information about the rooms, I requested a room with bathtub and I was informed the hotel doesn’t have rooms with bathtub. The next day I was at the front desk and a room with bathtub was offered to a guest. Safe box was not working properly and causing issues to leave my stuff inside the room. Definitely I do not recommend this hotel.
