Very nice newly renovated rooms. Brand new entrance and lobby. 5 minute walk to Little Italy restaurant row (India Street) . Little Italy Market with large selection of food and beverages about a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very clean. Transportation options with buses and light rail nearby.

front desk staff is amazing. lady with red hair was super efficient. I changed room twice but they were super friendly ... because first one had a noisy vent. second one was on the sunny side and hot so I requested other side. free parking around the streets is available easily. spacious room high quality fixtures and amenities and toileteries, good coffee. got free breakfast (though it didn't say in the booking. comfy layout of the room and nice sinking beds..slept like a baby. better noise insulation compared with general hotels.

Terrible experience! When I booked, there was no mention anywhere that the hotel was under full renovation. And by “renovation,” I mean the entire hotel—only the room is usable, just to sleep and leave right after waking up. The construction noise is constant and very loud. None of the amenities were available: no pool, no gym, no dining area—nothing! They offer a “gym,” but you have to walk 10–15 minutes outside the hotel to get there.
On top of that, I had to change rooms because the first one smelled strongly of dirty dog. I love animals, but the bed, pillows, and blankets all smelled awful, which was unbearable. Housekeeping is not done unless you request it, and even towels are not changed unless you specifically ask.
Honestly, it felt like staying in the worst kind of hostel (and I’m sure some hostels have way better quality than this hotel). I would never stay here again.
