I booked this hotel for one night, but I checked out after 7 PM because I saw a large insect running twice under the bed. I’m very scared of insects, so after that I couldn’t stay or sleep in the room anymore. I asked for a partial refund, but they refused, saying they needed proof. But when I saw the insect, I screamed — taking a photo was the last thing on my mind. They offered to change the room and gave me a free minibar, but I declined because I didn’t feel comfortable staying there anymore. The staff were kind and tried to help, but it seemed like the owner refused any kind of refund or real solution. Also, the hotel looks much older and more worn out than it does in the photos. It feels like it hasn’t really been operating properly since 2024 — the reception area looks completely different from the pictures, like it’s still unfinished or under renovation. Because of this situation, I had to spend extra money on a different hotel and a taxi late in the evening, which was very frustrating and disappointing.

이곳으로 예약을 생각하시는 분들 잘 보세요 숙소는 리모델링을 한건지 더럽지는 않습니다 들어가면서 부터 직원의 인사는 받지 못했고 그냥 베트남이니까 신경쓰지 않았습니다 방안은 페인트(?) 공사냄새가 너무 심하였고, 2시간만에 머리가 아파서 나갔습니다. 바람을 쐬고 들어왔더니 입구에 앉아있는 직원은 핸드폰으로 게임을하고 있더군요 게임중인 직원에게 냄새가 너무 심해서 머리가 아프다고 냄새 없는 방을 달라고 했더니 오늘은 방이 없으니 그냥 자라고 건성으로 대답한 후 다시 게임에 열중합니다. 점점 짜증이 나기 시작하더군요... 2시간만 있어도 머리가 아픈데 어떻게 여기서 자냐고 했더니, 방법이 업다고 말하고 다시 핸드폰 게임에 열중.... 저도 화가나서 어떻게 이렇게 페인트, 본드 냄새 나는 방을 손님에게 빌려주냐고, 손님에게 문제 생기면 어떻게 할거냐고 했더니, 다른 손님들은 별말 안하는데 왜 나만 그러는거냐고, 창문 열고 환기하면서 자라고 말하고 다시 게임에 열중... 나는 업무때문에 한달에 2주~3주를 베트남에서 지냅니다 트립닷컴 다이아몬드 회원으로 연간 호텔 예약건수만 100건 정도... 이정도면 내가 다녀본 전세계 호텔중에 최악... 아무리 베트남인거 감안해도 정말 최악... 시설보다 직원 때문에 조만간 망할듯 하네요... 더싸고 좋은 호텔 많은데 뭐한건지 ㅜㅜ 이 글 보시는분들 참고하세요~ 사진은 제가 이 호텔 그냥 버리고 다른 호텔 예약해서 이동한 예약내용 입니다 ^^;;; 냄새로 죽기 싫어서 그냥 10만원 버렸습니다, 더불어 택시비까지 ㅜㅜ

Badly experience, the room is completed different with pictures in your website, according with pictures the room should with bathtubs but not, after I asking they said they have no room with bathtub, and I just check out at all and they said they have room with bathtub, it’s a lie and cheat hotel
