They advertise a new building, but upon check-in, guests are assigned to the old building instead. The facilities are outdated and poorly maintained, making the stay not worth the amount charged.

Very helpful concierge team. I had an emergency at 4AM and needed to go to the ER, and the front desk assisted me immediately, which I truly appreciated. The place is very quiet and near the beach front, making it relaxing overall. However, during check-in, I requested for our rooms to be side by side, but I was informed that no rooms were available. Unfortunately, my mom’s room had a very bad toilet smell, so they moved her to another floor. After that, they discovered a water leakage issue in the new room, so they had to move her back to the same floor as us — to the same room with the original smell issue. Although they tried to fix it, there was still an unpleasant odor. The whole process was very tiring because we had to keep packing and unpacking our belongings multiple times. In the end, there actually seemed to be an available room beside us, so it was disappointing that our request was not accommodated earlier. My mom also did not want to move again after all the hassle. I also noticed that there were many trainees around the hotel. The housekeeping department should have been able to detect the smell issue while cleaning the room, and the department supervisor or manager should have inspected it as well. I come from the hospitality industry myself, so I understand that these situations can happen, but for a large hotel like this, there should be enough manpower to handle room inspections properly and ensure guests — especially those arriving late after a long drive to La Union — have a smooth and comfortable experience. I’m not saying the entire stay was bad. The staff genuinely tried to help and accommodate us, and I appreciate their efforts. However, I believe they should have placed my mom and me in side-by-side rooms on the same floor immediately after the first issue happened, instead of moving her back and forth between different floors. Considering how much we paid, the room experience did not fully meet expectations. The hotel should inspect rooms more carefully before assigning them to guests.

The room is okay and decent. Breakfast was good. The beach is lovely as it was not crowded at all unlike in the Urbiztondo area. The location is quite far tho so a car is needed. There is a huge parking space as well. Wifi was reliable too. We stayed at the old building and there was no elevator so you might want to consider that.

sobrang happy kami ng friend ko since nakuha ng hotel yung expectations namin sa kwarto kasi ganon mismo sya sa pic. una nag ddoubt kami kasi baka hindi ganon yung itsura or baka scam lang ganon, hindi pala legit sya view namin ang dagat highly recommended!!💗💗

Good place though staff are not trained much. No food option during dinner

Everything was fine from service to resort itself but the parking experience was terrible. They lack advance planning since we booked on peak days. They lack communication in handling guest to make sure all staying guest have a parking space.

Location is good, near urbiztondo. Would recommend asking for high if booking ocean view room for better view.

I like that the room is spacious and beachfront. The hotel in a bit outdated but overall it's a good choice for family who wants a quick beach escape.
