Great studio-type room for the price. You can cook there unlike any other hotels, more like it's a condo.

Nice location, very close to a shopping mall. Service can be improved. Need to call several times in order to have the request fulfilled or acted on. Rooms are clean but there is a foul odor coming from the bathroom.

It wasn't cleaned properly, but I called the housekeeping to clean it, and it was ok after. Location is perfect with GH Mall right beside it.

2回目のマニラで2泊しました。 スタッフは皆丁寧で優しく、部屋も綺麗でした。お水、歯ブラシ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、スリッパ、金庫、冷蔵庫、欲しいものはなんでも部屋に揃っています。 近くに大きなモールがあり、かなりの數のレストランがあるため、食事にも困りません。Jollibeeももちろん徒歩5分以內にありました。 用事がなければ行くことのないエリアかと思いますが、手ごろで良いホテルで、おすすめです。

These are nice, new serviced residences with fast access to everything Greenhills has to offer. We received sublime assistance and care from Shane and Jerome at the front desk. The suite is spacious and modern in design. There is a kitchen, dining area and living room with lots of storage and plenty of conveniently-located outlets. The fitness center is well-equipped too. The breakfast is a short walk off-site. Thank you!

地點很好，周邊商場和餐廳都很多。環境也乾淨。很划算的選項！ 缺點是衞浴的水量比較小，可能住12樓的關係。

This is the second time we've booked the hotel. Understandably, there are still several points for improvement as its still on its soft-opening like the breakfast location at the mall and lack of bridge/connected entry to the mall before mall hours to avail of the breakfast, and more seamless travel to the GH mall. Nonetheless, the rooms are clean, new, and meticulous attention to detail is apparent. We appreciate the generous power outlets and the arrangement of the kitchen, and inclusion of cutlery. Well worth the price! 👏

The place was really nice overall. The room was comfy for 2 adults, and the amenities were great — especially the pool, play area, gym, and billiards on the 9th floor. If you're bringing kids, note that the room with 2 single beds is tight; better to request a Queen bed. Everything felt clean, modern, and well-maintained. A couple of things could’ve been better. There was a strong sewage smell from the toilet — likely due to the hotel being new. They provided an ionizer which helped, but the smell returned when unplugged. Reception offered a room transfer around 7pm, but we were already back and too tired to move. Also, one of the staff members from housekeeping came into the room without knocking — not a huge deal, but definitely something that should be addressed. Still, it was a mostly good experience. With a few tweaks, this place could be awesome .Will definitely come back!
