Decent Stay but Some Things Need Attention I recently stayed at Summit Hotel San Juan, Manila, and while I appreciate the good service from the staff, there were a few things that could be improved. Upon arrival, there were no bath towels in my room. I wasn’t informed beforehand, so I had to call and request for towels — which they thankfully provided right away. Still, it would have been better if basic amenities were ready before check-in. I had checked into a different room earlier during my seminar days and left some belongings there. I signed a waiver and asked for my baggage to be transferred to my newly booked room by noon since I wouldn’t be back until evening. I appreciated that the staff handled the request. Room-wise, the bathtub is small — good for a quick soak but not for a full unwind. Overall, it’s a convenient location, and the staff were accommodating, but the hotel needs to work on room readiness and communication with guests to make the stay smoother.

The room was nice, clean, and fully equipped. The staff were very kind and approachable. The view from the room was beautiful. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast—it was delicious. We just have a small suggestion: hopefully next time the TV can be upgraded to include Netflix and YouTube. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you, Summit Hotel.

Service is good. Summit Cafe food is pretty decent but pricey. Taste good not salty. Pastry tastes yummy. Front desk guy timed yesterday was very pleasant in accomadating me. Keep up the good work.

We had a great time during our stay. From the staff to the guards, they are all very accommodating and pleasing. The breakfast Buffet was solid.. we’ll definitely book a staycation again. 🤗

設施簡潔，衞生尚可。親友的房間渠味較重，不過換房間後就沒有異味。早餐選擇還好，味道也不錯。

Staffs from reception, guards and cafe are 100% awesome and friendly! Can be compared to 4-5 star hotel. What turns us off is the room! Though it’s spacious and complete, the room that was given to us was obviously vacant for a long time. Called the reception at first since the remote for the aircon is not working but after we noticed after a while that our feet were so dirty because of the floor. I didn’t bother calling the reception to have someone mop it up since it would be such a hassle to let someone in and wet the floor. 😭😭😭😭

Simple hotel in Greenhills. Room is quite spacious but not really near the GH Shopping area and will require about 10 min walk. Parking is provided. Resto is fine and Staff are warm. Thank you for making our short stay comfortable.

They have free water refill. It's near also to greenhills mall got nice view from our room🥳
