Hotel muito bem localizado, no coração da cidade antiga de San Juan. Atendimento muito bom. Ar condicionado excelente, cama boa e banheiro agradável. Limpeza "ok". Bebidas free à vontade: cervejas locais, refrigerantes com e sem álcool, água com e sem gás, drinks, vinhos branco e tinto e espumantes. Tudo com uma qualidade boa e à vontade... open bar mesmo Não tem café da manhã, nas no entorno tem várias opções. Atenção: tem escada para chegar as quartos!

Manny who was on reception when we arrived was very helpful and the person in the morning was the same but I forgot his name. Stayed one night to get cruise next day. Hotel reasonable standard but not as reflected in pictures however for the price I paid, cleanliness and helpful staff I would stay again. Thank you I have no complaints

Hotelito muy coqueto a unos pasos de la plaza de colon. Ubicación perfecta, trato del personal inmejorable y habitaciones espaciosas (salvo el baño que, en mi opinión, necesita una buena reforma).

We really enjoyed our stay. Superb staff. Great location. Complimentary lobby bar for guests open 24/7. Nice rooftop area. Some umbrellas on the roof would be nice. We'll definitely stay there again.
