The room was clean overall but the problem was the air conditioning. It can’t make the room cold and we do experience intermittent water interruption. The staff are not accommodating as well.

The deluxe room is very good, large and clean. I slept very well on the mezzanine and had no problems with noise.

The location is a good spot as it a walking distance to the famous spots in elyu. However, it seems that the owner and the housekeeper has a miscommunication about our stay at the hotel. I hope they could have at least aligned system when it comes to the booking being made thru a third party.
