The hotel is in a lovely central location, clean with large rooms , however the pool wasn't open or functional during our stay , it had 2 men working on it and tape up , when I complained to 永安 they contacted the hotel who said it was open , absolutely bizarre reply. The fact is I could have stayed in ibiza Rick's whose pool was open ( as we went and checked ) for the same price . Hotel should be honest

Florencio Ibiza : With hotels in various cities, Sheraton is known for its comfortable accommodations and welcoming staff. Guests appreciate the friendly and attentive service provided by the hotel's staff members. He arrived a bit late and the stuff from the bar recommended us a great place outside with delicious food.
