My reservation included breakfast for 4 people, but marj from the front desk keeps on insisting that its only for 2 since the rate i paid for was below 4k. Its like she's never heard of 3rd party bookings before. And if there really was a discrepancy they should contact 永安. Com instead of insisting on the guest since its all written down.

I had an exceptional experience during my 3rd stay at Microtel South Forbes hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me warmly ( thanks Ms. Marj and Ms. Aimerie ) and went above and beyond to make me and my wife feel comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and every staff member I encountered was courteous, professional, and attentive to detail. The room was spotless, well-prepared, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the cleanliness impeccably, and I truly appreciated the little touches that showed great care.

Hotel location is very near Nuvali. The hotel also offers free shuttle services to-from Nuvali. The hotel staff was very helpful and nice. Only cons for this stay is that the breakfast was normal (not that delish) and is very limited. Also, the hotel doesn't offer complimentary coffee and tea set up in the room. Overall, my mom's birthday staycation was great.

方便還可以，周邊環境不錯，就是廁紙太薄了，然後早餐花樣不是很多但基本也夠了，服務人員很客氣禮貌，一個體驗是在大堂邊上的零食櫃買薯片居然發現全過期了

Hotel has reasonable value for money. Breakfast is OK. You have preferably your own car, there are 3 malls and a S&R within 10 minutes drive. Next to the Hotel is a good equipped supermarket.
