阿馬亞選擇別墅 (Amaya Selection of Villas)

Très agréable séjour. Nous avons pu apprécier le logement avec une vue à couper le souffle. Le logement était très bien et pas très voyant. Appréciation spéciale pour Johnny qui a été formidable que ce soit pour nous conseiller ou même nous aider. Je recommande vivement, juste n’oubliez pas de prévenir de votre arrivée bien en avance.

Apartment with a nice view located in the central of Oia. The room condition and some amentities e.g. AC is a bit old. Daniel, the staff, is really nice and helpful.

Beware of Scammer! The photos posted by the property should be years ago. Reality you will not get what it looks like. We booked Serenity room, this is our first 永安 to Santorini and we tot we can spend more to get a nice view, nice hotel with a big swimming pool. When we arrived at 9am, as too early so the owner told us this place is not ready yet. We drop off our baggage and went out and came back in the afternoon. But it still messy, dirty, smelly. Rubbish everywhere. Swimming pool did not clean up. When u walk in too the room, it’s super smelly and dusty. Water is cold. No hot water. The room have only 2 rooms. The owner cheated saying there will be 3 rooms. Sauna room not functioning and dirty. U won’t feel like going in. We did complaint and they replace a smaller room for us. Which is the Harmony room type. And we requested a compensate we change from Serenity room to Harmony. But the owner is super rude and not responsive. She did not answer any calls. Even 永安 trying to contact her. She refuse to negotiate or answer any calls. At the end we did not want to cruise our 永安 but accept the Harmony room while we pay so much higher. But things didn’t end. Next day morning there’s stranger outside of our villa. They are doing painting. They did not inform us and we accidentally walk out and make our shoes full of paints. The worker did not showing us in a polite way but asking us to get in to the room and telling us to wait for 30 mins until the paints dry up. We complaint to the owner. And here go her showing temper which she can actually just apologize to us politely. Do not book this property.there’s many nice hotel in Santorini. And we book it for almost 9k for 3 nights. It’s overly pricey.

環境非常美，房間設施也很不錯，而且給我們升級了大房間，無論是經理還是那個小夥子和小姑娘兩位服務員，服務都很不錯，陽台上還有24小時温水澡池，配着燈光，很美，雖然因為大風原因，我們沒有泡澡。唯一的意見就是早餐中水果和蔬菜太少，可以再改進一下。

價格不錯，位置還可以，對房間還是很滿意的，早餐也可以，衹是泡池壞了沒有熱水，給我們延遲了退房…但就是衝著泡池定的，就沒達到預期了

酒店環境很好，出門是一線海景，服務人員每天也很有耐心，早餐也比較豐富.

這個酒店是集入住的地址和googlemap上面搜的永安上面的地址不是同一個，也不是酒店是民宿，沒有照片裏的游泳池！小心不要上當受騙！

不是酒店，民宿而已。永安上面的地址完全不對，根本找不到，電話不接。折騰了2小時，遇見個當地好心老太太，幫我們聯繫上了房東。房東讓我們在原地等待來接我們，誰知道來了以後就Google上給了個定位，讓我們拖着行李自己步行20分鐘過去.....和Airbnb上同類型的房間比較，也就是多了個房間打掃，送了份早餐而已，性價比很低。小朋友每天還要多收70歐元。

酒店很美，特別是風景，屋子是地中海風格。酒店的服務也特別好，我在WhatsApp上聯繫客服他們也會及時有迴應。還有一個很重要的一點，聖島上很多酒店就是不同的房型會在不同的位置，所以要在機場下來之後就要聯繫酒店的人了，否則會很難找到位置。至於他們的早餐，他們會每天大概九點左右會派人送過來，記得沒吃完的話一定要放冰箱，否則會有很多的螞蟻（親生經歷）總體而言還算不錯的。
