We had an amazing stay at the Panoramic Suite Hotel in Fira. The location is perfect—right in the center of town, with everything just a short walk away. Our room was next to the swimming pool, and we were lucky enough to enjoy breathtaking sunsets right from our doorstep. The breakfast was delicious every morning, with a stunning view that made it even more special. What impressed us most was the hospitality. Even after checkout, the hotel kindly allowed us to continue using the swimming pool since our flight was late in the evening. This made our last day so much more relaxing and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Santorini—you can’t beat the views, the comfort, and the warm service!

こちらの滯在は最高でした。 部屋はもちろん清潔で、部屋からの景色も最高！ ホテルの受付やサービスしてくれる方も親切でとても気持ちの良い滯在でした。 また、朝食もレベルが高く前日に何がいいか紙に書いてリクエストをする制度でした。 プールもこじんまりしていますが、申し分なくゆったりと過ごしました。

Location is good and staff is helpful. However, the facilities and furnitures are a bit old. Btw, the view is good especially of the moment upon wake up for breakfast.

My husband and I enjoyed an excellent 4 night stay in Santorini at Panorama Suites April 24-28th. The hotel location in Fira is right on pedestrian street and close to restaurants and shopping. The hotel staff provided outstanding service. Full cook to order breakfast was very good with cappuccinos. They provided assistance with luggage to your room and the best part was the amazing caldera views from our room balcony! Rooms are very clean and modern with spa shower that's amazing. For those needing mobility information, the hotel Suites are down on the caldera, and they have two elevators down to the suites and then flight of stairs. It's a bit of walking to your suite but worth the amazing view. Really enjoyed our stay at Panorama Suites!

優點：酒店位置絕佳，Suites部分景觀出色，陽台能夠觀賞日落，步行距離有很多餐廳可以選擇。 缺點：房間的兩只冷水杯似乎都沒有清洗過，其中一隻還有之前客人留下的脣印。 總體而言是性價比極高的選擇。
