日中のフロントの女性の対応が素晴らしかったです。丁寧な接客で、こちらの要望にも嫌な顔せず答えてくれました。 荷物を運んでくれたり、朝食を準備をしてくれた男性も気持ちの良い接客でした。 夜20:00頃にフロントにいた男性は、フロントのソファに座って誰かと電話している様子で、こちらがチェックアウトの時間を確認すると、実際は11:00なのに9:00と言われて混亂しました。そのあと他の男性スタッフが朝食に関して部屋に確認しに來てくれて、しっかりとした方のように見えたので安心しましたが、20:00頃の男性は不安になる様な対応でした。 部屋の周りに貓が沢山いて、癒されました。

Fei was so thoughtful providing me ice bucket to soothe my swollen knees from strenuous exercises. Room is beautiful, spacious and facing beautiful views. Location js so near the blue dome and the castle for watching sunset. I’m so glad making the right choice of staying at this property at Oia to save lots of time travelling back and forth.

服務非常好，會來匯合點接你、有人幫你搬行李到房間。台階還是很多的。前台小姐姐超級熱情。 早飯非常豐盛，有菜單給你選，會拿到你房間。窗外風景不錯，門口也不太有人路過。 門前的按摩池是有點小，一個浴缸大小，2個人衹能坐着。 住一晚還是挺不錯的

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The hotel is located at the centre of the beautiful Oia town, sitting on the cliff, facing the the Aegean Sea. Here, you will have the gorgeous view, a private swimming pool, a spacious room, top service and nice breakfasts. Too much great things about this hotel and it’s worth the price. Highly recommend you spend a day just in your room, swimming, getting sunlight, reading books and having a good rest. So many nice bars and restaurants are just within 10 mins walk. So it’s a nice experience to just relax at the room and go out for food and drinks time to time. Days well spent in Santorini. Leaving with good memories.
