위치가 시내와 조금 떨어져 있어요 차로 10분 그만큼 사파 경치를 한 눈에 다 볼 수있어서 좋았어요. 한번쯤은 자볼만한 숙소에요

10/10 view. Clean and beautiful hotel. Staff were very apologetic upon finding that we found two stinging ants in our room. (It was rainy season). Offered us complimentary service to help and cleaned our room. Special mention to Mathieu who was very hospitable. I would come here again. Amazing view of Fansipan

Вид потрясающий. Бассейн с подогревом. Хороший завтрак. Есть шаттл до центра города и обратно, что очень удобно. Канатная дорога в пешей доступности. Вежливый персонал. Будьте осторожнее со стеклянными бутылками с водой в номере. Дважды мне попались с отколотым горлышком, чуть не проглотила стекло.

Lady Hill Sapa Resort in situated few mins away from city center. Note they offer buggy service and shuttle service but should be reserved ahead of time. Check in process is smooth and we were offered welcome drinks and snacks which is really thoughtful. Room is spacious but beddings are a bit tough. Air conditioning is also poor and we have to open the window just for the cool air to go in. Water supply is also weird that there are times we have to wait (maybe)for other guests/room to not use theirs so wen get a decent water pressure. Also neighboring guests are really loud that we can hear their chatter. Service is good, front desk is attentive but failed to give us the shuttle service on the scheduled time which is a let down so we have to book ourselves a grab ride. Breakfast is good, but lunch and dinner menu is limited and quality can be improved. Also, no service water offered. Pool area is a bit crowded so we have to wait until other hotel guests and outside guests are done. Towels are also a bit smelly. Massage service is also okay but can be improved with more man power as only 1 staff is available to do everything. Overall a pleasant stay but would rather book a hotel in sapa center next time.

Плюсы: - удобные номера (матрас, подушки, чисто) - находится у канатной дороги на гору Fansipan - eсть парковка - в отеле спокойно и очень красивые виды на горы Минусы: - среднего качества завтраки (но голодными не останетесь) - не убирают посуду за теми, кто ест у бассейна, валялись окурки и было не очень чисто В целом отличное место для отдыха , а покушать можно в городе (мы были на машине и для нас это не было проблемой). Также отель предоставляет трансфер в город и обратно по расписанию.

Hotel amenities was great. Breakfast options were good too. View from the swimming pool was amazing. Location was away from the hustle of the main Sapa town thereby ensuring peace and tranquility.
