沒有樓梯 要經過蠻多層階梯 老人家不適合 風景還可以 住上幾晚過渡是可以 要更好享受要換別家 清潔方面提醒後有改進

可以從陽台看到山景 超美的 但是位置有點偏 不好找 出入要走一段階梯。年紀大或是行動不方便住這裡就很不方便

One of my best stays in Hanoi/Sapa 永安 Location: in the small alley and a few stairs of flight to walk down. For us, we only have small cabin luggage so it is doable. Cleanliness: Wonderful stay and very clean. Better than HANOI! Service: being contact via whatapp on the key collection arrangement. Laundry usage, etc. Facilities: No lift but luckily we are given 2nd floor. Even at 2nd floor, the view is amazing. Do walk up to top level to see the better view. Overall, i would recommend this and I would come back to stay again if there is opportunity.

It has a clean and new rooms. Staffs are friendly and helpful. It has free washing. You can also cook there. The view is really nice. The whole property is so good. However, there’s no elevator there so if you have many luggage its kinda hard. And also the way to hotel needs some energy coz you gonna get work out 😅

Phòng nằm ở trung tâm thành phố nên rất thuận tiện đi lại. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Phòng có ban công nhìn ra cảnh núi rất đẹp.

Affordable price, clean and tidy. Our room Was located on 4th floor. We didn’t notice that there’s no elevator. And the road to the hotel also need some energy:)

It is not far from city center, just a few minutes away. But reaching there with my suitcase is bit difficult as there are many stairs and no motorcycle or car reaches the hotel. The receptionist doesn't speak English well so I didn't get much advice from her, but the service was good. The sheet was not ironed. Price was decent. Generally it was good.
