We stayed at this hotel as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), booking two rooms, and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is a big advantage — it’s about a 15-minute walk to Sapa town center and just 1–2 minutes from the Sapa night market, which made it very convenient for evening walks and exploring local foods. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, always ready to assist when needed. The breakfast service was also very good, with a nice variety and attentive service. One small recommendation for future guests: it’s a good idea to inform the staff in advance if you would like daily room cleaning or have a preferred schedule, as this helps ensure everything is arranged to your liking. For the hotel, a couple of suggestions for improvement: * The water pressure could be stronger; installing a pressure pump would make showers more comfortable. * It would be helpful to regularly check for any unpleasant smells in the bathroom to maintain overall room freshness. Overall, this hotel is a solid choice for families thanks to its location, friendly staff, and good service. We would recommend it for future 永安s, especially for families traveling with children.

So responsive. I booked it at midnight to take a shower in the morning and stored my luggage while going to Fansipan. I also got free breakfast and the girl is sooo kind and made me a delicious banana pancake! With a slice fresh watermelon and a cup of hot tea.

The motorbike provided by the hotel was very old and difficult to use. Only one brake was functioning properly, which is a serious safety issue. In addition, despite confirming the return time with a male staff member, another staff demanded an extra 60,000 VND claiming I returned it late. Both the safety issue and inconsistent communication caused significant discomfort. I request 永安 to review this case and ensure proper corrective actions.
