리모델링한지얼마되지않아서 깨끗했읍니다 위치도 모아나사파랑 500미터정도 떨어져있어서 좋았읍니다 젊은사장님이 얼마나 친절하신지 조식ㅇ석을때도 직접나와서 신경씁니다 호텔뒤에 모닥불비비큐 4일 내내억었네요 정말맛집입니다 특히 고사리무침은 대단했읍니다 다시한번더올려고 계획잡고있읍니다 호텔은 마운틴뷰로 꼭예약하세요 날좋으면 판시판이 바로보입니다 정말즐거운 여해이었읍니다

The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a pretty modern looking and decent mountain view. Breakfast is also pretty decent for me. There are a couple of downsides. One BIG downside is the smell. Even before I walked into the hotel, I smelled something horrible. I ignored it as the smell disappeared as I got into the lobby. Then I smelled the same horrible smell in my bathroom. I had to keep the toilet shut and the bathroom door shut. Sometimes I smell it when I'm out on the balcony. In the hotel defense, I don't smell it all the time but most of the time. I complained to the hotel about it and they said they will fix it. Somehow the smell disappeared for several hours. Two is the hot water does not stay warm for the whole shower (one evening there was no water for 15-30 min due to the maintenance and we were not informed ahead of time and I was not in the middle of the shower so I got lucky) I'd check the other people's recent reviews to see if this smell issue is resolved until then I'd probably not come back to this place.

Our stay in SAPA is great. Ms chen in the reception is so nice, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Making sure everything is okay. I will surely miss this place and if soon if i come back will surely stay in this hotel again and i will recommend this 100%.

원래 2박만 하고 돌아가려했던 저의 사파 여행은 열심히 일하고 친절하신 사장님과 아침에도 점심에도 저녁에도 리셉션에서 만날 수 있는 친절한 직원 덕분에 그리고 사파의 환상적인 뷰와 날씨 때문에 총 4박으로 계획을 바꾸게 됐습니다. 하노이는 날씨가 더워요. 여기는 아침에 시원하고 점심에 따듯하고 저녁에 시원합니다. 휴양은 땀뻘뻘 흘리면서 하는 게 아니라 이런 곳에서 해야한다는 것을 배우고 갑니다.
