We had a great experience staying at Sapa Wings Hotel, it's clean, the room is quite large, and the bed is comfortable, there's a heater AC inside the room so you won't be cold. The hotel's location is very near to Sun Plaza, in the city center. The receptionist can speak english, and gave us restaurant recommendations. We stayed one night and checked out early in the morning because we were going to fansipan, the hotel receptionist allow us to put our luggage in their lobby until we finished our 永安. Our sleeper bus to hanoi is at 23.00PM, the hotel owner is very kind to let us wait in the lobby, they even gave us hot water to cook our cup noodles. We're even allowed to clean up in their public bathroom, and they also gave us towels. A very kind hospitality of Sapa Wings Hotel. We'll definitely be back here if we had a chance to go back to Sapa! Highly Recommended!

I gave the hotel the lowest score because they left the door to my room open after cleaning. I discovered that in the evening when I come back after a 永安. Besides that the hotel staff provided the wrong information to the bus driver telling that I was not in the room. What kind of person would leave the room 30 minutes before the check-out time? Ridiculous. I almost missed the bus to Hanoi because of them.

The staff is very friendly. the room is clean, comfy, and great view from balcony. They have a small white cute dog. The place is in the heart of the city. Great value for the price
