The bathtub of AMS TOWER Rm 505 is broken and have a lot of tap as shown on the attached photo. Moreover, the hygiene of the room is poor, the floor has a lot of dust and hair. We use the tissue to clear the floor and the tissue become black in color. In addition, the bathroom has a strong smell. Overall, I totally disappointed we are arranged to this room.

Convenient location and sufficient space, but cleanliness was terrible. One bedroom lacks AC, but it's fine if using living room unit. Sofa bed was dusty inside, didn’t dare to open. Obvious stains on bedding(hair, dark spots) Large yellow water stains in bathroom and the bathtub—though repaired—cracking sounds when stepped into. Trash bags were provided, but no way to dispose of garbage during the stay, which made the kitchen hard to use.

Overall is fine. Shoes cabinet is smelly. Bathroom tub cannot be used and very odd to use the shower with the bath tub there. Besides, bathroom with a stinky smell.

門口係有部拉麵機架，唔好去錯、泊車證係單位門口內、 記得揾個人上去拎左先， email 有指引去停車場，記得仔細閲讀。 check out 用完出曬車要記得上去放返好.  32樓單位個張櫈確實係壞嘅 ， 浴缸確實有補丁，地板確實係黑掹掹， 自己去樓下買包抺地紙拖下就得，有一間房無冷氣得風扇，有間房二床有冷氣夠凍但無門、大門逃生燈好光， 要用厠所門奲浴室門打開疊住遮住盞逃生燈。 個本手冊一定要讀， 一定要學識垃圾分類， 九點後唔可以有聲， 講嘢都要記得細聲， 入面有罰一萬或者罰三萬嘅野 。切記讀完本薄。 10:00 前一定要退房， 超時每小時1000円，住完覺得好焦慮， 好擔心自己會唔會做錯， 下次會㨂住酒店， 貴啲就貴啲。

Location wise is good. Near to subway and around 10 mins walk to the major shopping district. 4 convenient stores within 3 mins walk. Also got free car park which is nice. But the room look outdated. Sofa is way too low. The bathtub is damaged (with masking tape). So scare to use. Also the corridor look very dark (motion sensor) but the light is dark shade. And even though we book garden view, we do not see any garden. Only next building.

非常好，面積大，交通方便。離開地鐵站3分鐘可達。步行10分鐘就能到達狸小路。大丸百貨3站地鐵可達。附近餐廳便利店多。可看夜景

Apartment not hotel. Room was clean and there was lots of space, however, the “Sofa Beds” were not really usable so only the 3 double beds. Kitchen smelt of exhaust when the hot water was running.

広さだけ求めるなら充分だと思います。家族5人で十分な広さでした。が、床は靴下が真っ黒になりました。外人さんが靴のまま？？と思うほどで家族で全部屋床を拭きました。　ソファやクッションはホコリだらけ。掃除機をかけました。が家族全員か目と鼻が癢くくしゃみが止まりませんでした。浴室は下水の匂いが酷く息をするのも嫌になるほどでした。　浴槽は洗われてないのか水あかがついており風呂掃除もするハメに！　 ベッドだけはまずまず寢やすいベッドでしたが次は絶対にありません。

This 32nd floor apartment gives a spectacular view of the Sapporo city. Its close location to the subway station gives an alternative for leaving your car in the garage for an urban dig-in without hindrance of parking and traffic congestion.
