It was very good experience of Staying in Saga Resorts Mahabaleshwar. Staff is excellent and very helpful, friendly, experienced and always keeps customer first attitude. Would like to stay again in Saga Resorts Mahabaleshwar. Also recommend everybody to book your stay in Saga Resorts Mahabaleshwar and experience excellent services.

Awesome location Polite and humble staff Clean and spacious very close to the main rias and Mapro garden just 15mins walk Area of improvement - Need to upgrade the Kitchen Otherwise overall we had a pleasant stay.

This was one of the worst stays. The path to the hotel was closed and they failed to inform/update of the same. I came with my infant and had to park my car far from the hotel(with monkeys on the way). Hotel restaurant services were even worse. They took forever to prepare flavourless meals. We came here seeing the reviews but it seems like they are not genuine.

This resort is just a small building with a very small swimming pool with no speciousness at all. The road connecting the resort with the main road is very narrow and with a very steep slope. It was very difficult to bring my sedan car through the resort gate. There was nobody to guide us till the resort main gate. The main door lock was difficult to operate also the bathroom door was very difficult to lock from inside. If you were not to have your personal vehicle, it was very difficult and expensive affair to reach or return from the city centre.
