The stay was good. Staff was very nice. Rooms were neat and tidy. But it was a bit small and there was a cockroach and there was no lift.

Service was not good, staff behaviour was very bad, i have already discussed with front office staff before check in about the driver staying here allowed or not. They say they will be adjusted but at night time 8. 30 pm suddenly they ignore that the driver is not allowed. At the last time where we will adjust my driver. Cold water botal is not available in the property. Tv not working, ac not working. It is a very bad experience. In room number 26, there were ants in the bed and insects in the room and bathroom.

Hotel staff is so humble, today i check-in early die to my train so they allow me for this, also rooms are pretty good and clean, hotel located in prime location. Hotel have roof top restro. Overall rooms 5/5 location 5/5 staff 5/5

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Everything was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting ranthambore. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Hotel situated in one of the best locations station is nearby and rooms are pretty clean and good they handle guest very politely. U can directly book safari booking via hotel too
