Ac wasn't working properly staff behaviour was good Toilet was clean but there were leakages there were cockroaches inside the room

Worst experience. Excess amount of 1000 was bought as extra room rent because i have booked in my 永安 . Even I have fought with the residence to get the GST bill .

My stay only for few hours and I spent only 3 hours in room to freshup and so I selected low value hotel. But bathroom attached is so horrible. Room also not at all decent. Even the way to reach hotel not tidy.

Worst place to take this hotel, they expect people to use the rooms as a cloak room but not to stay, room is full of fungus smell, walls are wet and bed is ridiculous and bathrooms are horrible

I have booked an ac room but the ac was not working. Room was not cleaned properly also the bathroom. It was a terrible experience
