It was great overall but had little problem with hot water.

Everything in the place is "on demand" only. Out of 3 nights that we stayed, on two mornings there was no water at 7. 00 am. Had to call the reception and push them to pump up water. Haven't seen any place so lethargic on something as important as water in the morning. Overall not a great experience. There was no toiletries in the room - only two towels were provided. The rooms were not cleaned across the 3 days. Have given a 2 as the tea that they served was good and came on time.

Hotel don’t provide mineral water bottles, no facilities of restaurant no breakfast. You have to order it by yourself. No cattle for tea coffee. The male receptionist is rude. No electric socket near bed to iron clothes. Must give some of the above facilities against the tariff they are charging
