the bed bugs on the room bed was horrible troubling. needed to change room at late night. will need to be prepared for room clean.

Food Quality was excellent. Service at restaurant great. Stay comfortable. However, more attention should be given by management on cleanliness.

Its an old interior yet decent for stay and food and breakfast was good and totally worth it. Staff were polite.

Location of Tajtristar is good. I stayed here before and that why booked. They have charged for a super deluxe room and nothing special about the room, with cockroaches. They do have standard rooms where I stayed before with flooring alone different but much better maintained in the earlier years. They should improve . Food is good in the restaurant.

Decent buffet. Good taste of the breakfast dishes. Rooms could be cleaner and checked as the the charging ports in my room was very loose. Other wise it was a decent stay

When I was searching for an accommodation in Secunderabad, I found the Taj Tristar reviews were mostly complaining about pests & cleanliness. But, to my surprise, I didn't faced any of those problems during my stay & enjoyed my stay in TAJ TRISTAR. Its located in Sarojini Devi road in the heart of the city and 1.7km from Railway station. Enjoyed south indian veg buffet breakfast. Staffs are helpful. One thing which I noticed was that we have to request for the facilities/services like bath towel, dental kit, shaving kit, newspaper etc. Extra bed offered in the executive room was a mattress on the floor and a blanket. The facility of folding and portable single bed was not available. Room, bed, restroom etc were very clean & neat. Recommend this hotel in Secunderabad for a pleasant stay.
