With this price, it’s reasonable. The most important is cleanliness which still acceptable. The only cons should be, the shower gels provided really need to be replaced with better quality

極度失望的住宿體驗——不安全且維護差勁 我很少寫差評，但這次在Taman Sutera的Here Hotel住宿非常令人失望。通往房間的走廊昏暗陰森，幾乎像走進了恐怖密室逃脱，令人不安。房門上有明顯的劃痕，讓人懷疑酒店的維護和清潔狀況。 電子門卡系統非常不可靠，經常時靈時不靈，造成很多不便。所謂的“免費網線”斷斷續續，時常無預警斷線。浴室水壓非常低，洗澡非常困難且不舒服。浴室衣掛是有一個孤零零地在牆上，花灑出水口都生銹了，浴霸感覺都快從牆上掉下來了。 最令人擔憂的是通往床鋪的樓梯又窄又陡，踩上去吱吱作響，半夜黑暗中我不小心踢到凸出的床架，差點摔下樓梯，安全隱患非常嚴重。 總體來説，這是我經歷過最糟糕的酒店體驗之一。強烈建議考慮預訂的旅客三思，特別是如果你重視安全和舒適的話。

這個酒店有點驚訝到我了, 我預訂的是一間房4 adult, 一間房有兩層, 樓上是兩個queen side的雙人床樓下還有一個單人床, 設計蠻好看的唯一不好的就是有的東西有點破舊了。

A very musky smell upon entering the room. Stains are seen on pillows, and the duvet has a very dirty stain on it. The hot water supply seems to be limited. After the "neighbours" shower (can hear the sound through the walls), the water seems to be not as hot anymore. Walls are also very thin and could hear the rooms beside and nearby when they open and close doors, turn on and off light switches as well as when they are showering. The only saving grace is the location, near sutera mall and with lots of food options in the neighbourhood!

There are alot of eateries and restaurants nearby. Small and decent room. The toilet is big with awesome rain shower. However, the 2nd floor surface area is not even. Walk with caution. The door locking also seems to be outdated using physical key. Otherwise a very decent stay and walking distance to Sutera mall (less than 10min)

Everything is good except for lift breakdown during check in time and local tv channels are spoilt. Lastly, the front desk counter staff refused to extend our check out time as 1.00 p.m., so we have to rush our shower (Hot water must wait for at least 7 minutes time) after our breakfast time.
