之前是朋友介紹，覺得環境跟空間整體都不錯，是第三次入住了，訂完房有寫信給飯店表示希望能同上次入住一樣的房間，但這次卻住在低樓層，路過的車子聲音太大，晚上沒有辦法好好睡覺，是個很差的體驗，建議下次先跟飯店洽詢能不能換高樓入住。

Pelayanannya sangat bagus dan ramah, kebersihan sangat terjamin, fasilitasnya oke. Pertahankan hingga tingkatkan menjadi lebih baik lagi! Next time kalau ke semarang sudah pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi.

Great experience! Lokasi sangat strategis di jantung kota Semarang, hospitality sangat baik. Untuk orang yg suka seni, hotel ini cukup menarik karena ada gallery seninya And the food at the Fat Elephant restaurant was great also. Super recommended!

My fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again. Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience. But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

Tiap kali ke Semarang selalu pilih Artotel, feel homey dan cocok buat anak2 muda. Tempat pas pinggir jalan Makanan juga banyak Semua ramah dan nggak pelit! Sarapan juga enak🖤 Gonna be back

Had a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that 永安 using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with 永安. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing
