Cleanliness not meet my expectations. Carpet was dusty because i had allergic reaction. The housekeeper for me not meet as per standard. Quite cheapskate and stingy for tissue. I just feel 4 nights were too long for me. I dont like the room. Feel like my breath has dust. Food for breakfast top notch. This i have no complaints. But at night i tried to scan the menu for service but unable to open the menu. The system very inefficient. Ah forgot to mention. Location view is graveyard! Good luck to you. Inside room not clean. Outside view graveyard 😂 attached the view from my hotel room window

1.酒店設施齊全，有泳池，有健身房，有小童樂園，有酒巴，有會議室，有餐廳。 2.工作人員服務態度很好。有求必應。 3.位置不算很好，每次開車都是繞很遠U turn. 4.不滿意的是空調温度調節不了,還有泳池外面對着一個墳山。

I had an excellent stay at Impiana Hotel Senai. The cleanliness was outstanding, the location was very convenient, and the service from the staff was professional and welcoming. The amenities provided were also impressive and well maintained, making my stay very comfortable. Overall, it is a great hotel for business travellers and I would highly recommend it.

雖然在裝修上有一些小瑕疵，但整體要比附近的酒店好。有小型健身房，有泳池，早餐選擇有水果，有沙拉，有煎蛋，有面，有粥，有面包，飲料也不算太少。樓下就是加油站，可以銀聯提款，對中國遊客來說是最方便的事情。Grab到奧特萊斯大約17分鐘。電視沒有youtube，也不能投屏。這點要注意。

Environment is clean. and kids zone is also clean and safe. kids love it. Location actually is very convenient for families since there are many kids friendly playgrounds / farms. but there is a large cemetery on the opposite side of hotel. If you don’t mind, this hotel actually is quite good. Room service is also taste but long. we waited for 1 hour around.

Nice hotel with many local families coming for their buffet lunch and dinner. Room wise is generally clean except the toilet bowl seat has stains which I cannot clean off.. Overall is 👍👍👍.

I stayed for one night at Impiana Hotel Senai in their twin room, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-kept — perfect for a short stay near the airport. The beds were comfortable, and the pillows gave good support for a restful sleep. Check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly and professional. I appreciated their quick service after a long day of travelling. Facilities-wise, the hotel is well-equipped with a pool, gym, and even a small kids’ area, although I didn’t get to use them. The location is also a huge plus — it’s just a short drive to Senai Airport and Johor Premium Outlets, which made everything convenient.
