服務人員非常熱情，貼心幫了我們很多小事，也很有耐心溝通。另外也可以用whatsapp隨時問答，很方便。還會再來光顧。

The hotel is nice, but not recom if you have little kids because of the room layout and surroundings are all bars.

I stayed here for two nights with my children. The location was convenient, with various facilities and a subway station just a short walk away. Most of all, the reception staff were extremely kind — the two female staff lent us umbrellas, booked a taxi for us, and when the person I was supposed to meet had trouble finding the hotel, the staff kindly spoke to him on the phone to give directions. If I come back to Seoul again, I will definitely stay here.

エレベーターに乗った瞬間から香りがとっても良く、お部屋も香り付きキャンドルが癒されました。床暖、カトラリー、室內浴室など設備も充実しており、とても素敵なホテルでした。ただ、17:00までしかフロントスタッフがいないため、17：00以降の問い合わせは電話になるため英語や韓國が話せない私からすると大変でした。また、チェックアウト後の荷物を預けられる時間も17:00になってしまいますが、近くのソウル駅があるので夜まで遊びたくてもコインロッカーに荷物を預けることができるので問題ないと思いました。水回りに関して、浴槽いっぱいに💧を張るには1-2時間程度かかります。また、溜めながらだとシャワーの水圧が弱くなってしまうので、気をつける必要があります。ですがまた泊まりたいと強く思うホテルでした！とにかく可愛すぎる！！

시설 깔끔하고 좋았습니다ㅡ 주변 편의 시설 및 지하철역 가깝고 편리해서 좋았어요~ 더워서 많이 다니지 못해 아쉬웠지만 다음에 또 방문하고 싶을 만큼 좋았습니다. 아이들도 너무 좋아했어요~^^

優點： 1. 地點方便，樓下有便利店、炸**、麵包店、飲品店、食店，步行到滿足五香豬腳只需5分鐘，步行到市廳站7號出口亦好近。 2. 房間有煮食爐、刀叉、筷子、碗碟、杯、微波爐、冰箱，有專人洗衣服務，方便帶小孩家庭。 3. 房間算大，床品都算舒服。 缺點： 1. 酒店櫃台服務是10:00-17:00，其他時間沒有工作人員幫忙。 2. 房間打掃方面比較馬虎，第一日入房時發現浴池旁的石頭內有一件炸雞未清理，地亦不乾淨。原來服務員只會每天清理房內垃圾、整理床單，但不吸塵，由於是鋪了藍色地毯，地上骯髒會比較明顯，有點不舒服，隔天要向酒店櫃台小姐姐借用黏塵紙自己清潔。 3. 始終有浴池，房間內濕氣重，不夠乾爽，剛入房時有陣味。 4. 酒店門口是一個小門，每次推門入去有陣臭味，懷疑是否有飲醉酒人士在此便溺。電梯不用拍卡就可以上樓，有安全隱憂，加上晚晚樓下都有人飲醉酒，夜晚夜返酒店時都有啲驚。 5. 酒店地點不太近明洞，至少步行15-20分鐘，或坐2號線1個站到乙支路入口。

We stayed for three nights and were very satisfied overall. HotelType: Serviced apartment Room: Simple design and clean Transport: Fairly convenient – 5-minute walk to City Hall Station; 12-minute walk to Myeongdong shopping district Surroundings: Plenty of restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores. Before 11 PM, some lively street noise may be heard in the room, but it generally didn’t disturb our sleep. We booked the Private Terrance Spa Room, where the elevator opens directly into our room. The staff had prepared aromatic oils in advance, so we were greeted with a pleasant fragrance upon entering. The room is divided into two main sections: 1. Kitchen & dining area – Though it looks bare at first glance, the storage cabinets are fully equipped with essentials, including a microwave and fridge. 2. Sleeping area – A nice surprise was that the room had two bathrooms, one with a shower (a lifesaver since we were traveling with two teenagers—you know how long they like to stay in the bathroom! 😆). Having two bathrooms was incredibly convenient for us. Some Notes 1) Before check-in, inform the hotel of your arrival time so they can prepare in advance. 2) No traditional lobby. There’s only one entrance. Take the elevator to the 2nd floor for the front desk. (If you prefer a dedicated concierge or a grand lobby, this might not suit you.) 3) Front desk is not 24/7, but they’ll exchange contact details (e.g., WhatsApp) so you won’t have trouble reaching them during your stay. 4) Daily service includes fresh towels, bottled water replenishment, and trash removal. Full room cleaning is provided every four days. 5) Bathtub drainage must be completed by 11 PM, allow **over an hour** for draining. Commercial bath bombs are not permitted; purchase approved ones from the hotel if needed. 6) For WOWPASS user, 2-min walk to GS25, a wowpass machine provides top up, buy snd sell KWR.

地理位置優越，附近餐廳應有盡有，附近有公車站地鐵站便利店，整體環境非常清潔，加上室內環境面積非常寬敞，入住時非常舒適。

フロントが常駐しておらず（15時から17時のみ）、営業時間（8時から3時）であっても、チェックインチェックアウトはままならない。 タクシーを呼んでもらいたくても、不可能。 また、水圧が本當に弱い。 家族４人で泊まれる場所として選んだ。 地下鉄駅からさほど離れておらず、立地は良いが、次また泊まるかと言われると…。

樓下有個很好吃的炸**。 出街也很方便，走到明洞5到10分鐘吧。 附近咖啡，貝果店都有，晚上還有大排檔。 很多時候定位路口的711，就能打車。 但是，電梯一室一戶，開電梯門就是房間，沒有其他房門遮擋。雖然一定要電梯刷卡才能按樓層，但是真的很奇怪也讓人覺得安全有隱患。 如果有人尾隨進電梯，那就簡直…… 房間照片就不放了，就和別人拍的一樣挺美的。 哦，四樓的浴缸在露台上。就……
