Meh! Very difficult to find, poorly signposted. No ironing facilities, despite indication that there are. Very noisy at night, staff do little if anything to request guests consider others. Most important, no shower or WC facilities. I know they make this clear, but the nearby public facilities are verging on 3rd world standard. Do it if you must, but there is a far better, though more expensive option on Level 1

簡易的だが快適だった。 ただシャワーは中になく、下の階のトイレについているものを使用しなくてはならなかった。 わからなくて迷った。 タオルや石鹸類はないので持參の必要あり。 まぁトランジットのためと思えば快適だが、 その割に高いのは悩ましい。

It's location is strategic if purpose is to wait for airplane in airport overnight. Facilities are well maintained and staff are friendly. Amenities wise is limited but understandable that main purpose is to sleep only while waiting for flight overnight. Price consider quite expensive considering the limited amenities. Overall is satisfactory as it serve the purpose well.

The capsules hotel is only suitable for those who wish just a few hours. No toilet inside needs to use public toilet. For me, stay overnight, really not convenient. It was very noisy at midnight, and I could hear snoring sounds beside my 2 neighbours left & right.

房間很不錯 乾淨安靜 還有配套的拖鞋 牙刷 還要助眠的眼罩 真的很方便 不過下飛機之後去做大巴 到T1客運大樓 面對客運大樓出發大廳最左邊 否則 你以為你下飛機就能找到 那是不可能的 相隔20公里呢 機場太大了 所以做機場巴士去T1 上樓之後就是五樓 往最裡麪找 我可是找了兩個小時呢

The best option if u are on transit and sleep only...u need to go out for the restroom and even to shower u need to go on another level...so i think it is nice if they can provide on restroom and shower to be more convenient in the future...even the locker itself located outside the room 😅😅

An option to sleep tansit at KLIA, located at KLIA 1 near domestic departure gate, overall the place is just for sleep over night while transit, compact area with comfort bed and ventilation, unfortunately no bathroom, not able to bath, no toilet as well, but is ok as can use public toilet in KLIA which just nearby. Provided with tooth brush, tooth paste, drinking water and eyes cover.
