Lokasi yang strategik. Sesuai untuk mereka yang mahu singgah di hotel sebelum ke KLIA. Restoran dan tempat makan pun banyak di sekitar hotel. Bilik luas, cuma bilik yang saya duduk kali ini aircond kurang sejuk. Overall satisfied

I recently stayed at 1 Orange Hotel KLIA & KLIA2 for a short transit near the airport, and overall, it was a convenient and value-for-money experience. Location: The hotel is located within a reasonable driving distance from both KLIA and KLIA2, making it a practical option for travelers with early flights or layovers. While it is not directly at the airport, Grab or hotel-arranged transport makes commuting relatively easy. Rooms: The rooms are clean and modestly furnished, with basic amenities such as air-conditioning, a TV, and a private bathroom. The bed was comfortable enough for a short stay, and housekeeping kept the space tidy. However, sound insulation could be improved, especially for light sleepers. Service: The front desk staff were polite and helpful, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Some basic facilities are available on-site or nearby (like convenience stores and eateries), which adds to the convenience for transit travelers.

This is my third time staying here for a layover. The previous 2 stays were really good experiences for me but this time, I was given a room with luggage lift in the adjacent building. Room L01 (family room) was dirty! One of the queen beds stink! As if a child had peed on it and the sheet was not changed. The bathroom door knob was dangling off, the shower head not functioning, the toilet seat cover had fell off (it was left on the bathroom floor) and bedroom floor was sticky. After a nite stay, I requested for another room and was given L05. This one was clean and everything was good. Please….have a look at room L01 and repair the things that I highlighted here. I always stay here for a nite or two because if your location and facilities. Please take swift actions. Tqsm

這個酒店的條件真的很簡單，很吵，衹是圖個離機場近，每次去辦理入住前台都要叫我們付税，所以大家一定要把郵箱裏的付税證明拿給前台看，不然又要被收税，我們住那麼多酒店都沒這樣，衹有他們這家幾次都叫付税，搞不懂為啥

酒店司機*****,以幫助換匯的名義，拿走100美元后，就一拖再拖。錢錢也不給，也不回消息。這是什麼酒店？有沒有資質？為什麼酒店的司機敢做這種事？一點制約都沒有嘛？這麼光明正大偏錢。 事情發生在1.10號，至今沒有任何進展！
