Good location, very near to Snowlim Wonderland and no issue for car parking. There are lots of food courts and restaurants around the hotel. We are very satisfied with the hotel.

Booked this hotel via 永安, the booking stated 2 occupants allowed in the room, when we reached, the desk person told only 1 person is allowed & made a scene, I showed him the booking, he asked me not to trust the app?? Like what?? Then I asked to cancel and refund, he claimed “I can let you check in but with extra cost for another pax, rm30”. I requested to cancel my booking and left, they checked in through their system, now I can’t even claim refund in 永安. Terrible experience. And to make it worst, the room has no attached bathroom, we were told to use the shared bathroom outside, which was not even stated in the specification prior to booking. Horrible experience. Not coming back, lack of professionalism.

We had a great experience staying here. The room was very affordable yet spacious enough for our family (2 adults and 3 kids). It came with one queen bed and a double-decker bed — perfect for a family stay. We arrived around 1 a.m., and even though it was late, the owner kindly got up to check us in. Truly outstanding hospitality! During our stay, I accidentally broke a chair and immediately informed the owner. They were so understanding and told me not to worry about it. I really appreciate their kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly, and welcoming place to stay.

My flight was delayed and I arrived at 3am. Owner was kind enough to wake up and hand me the keys with clear instructions. Check in was easy and place was clean. Enough amenities for a comfortable overnight.i

Even though small, the room is very clean and equipped with body wash and rubber bathroom slippers. Pillows are thick and not soft type but mattress slightly soft. However, it still works well. Each has a blanket. Aircon was cold. Everything worked well. Coffeeshop just next to the hotel. Recommended for short stays.

Very clean and cozy hotel. Chinese owned. The staff are friendly and helpful. They provide flippers for the toilet, which is very rare. Will definitely visit again whenever I come to Seremban.
