The photo shown on 永安 and the real room is not the same. I was given double decker, but in the description, there is no such double decker. Please amend the description.

Upon arrival , I discovered my room was in an unacceptable conditions. Greeted me were dusty table, curtain,floor. my room door was left agar before I checked in. Interestingly, i realised there was only one cleaner to manage and clean up the whole building. Faint* Of cos, i will never return to this hotel anymore in my life.

Make sure ada maintenance standbye malam2. Pintu jem tak boleh nak masuk kena sidai dekat lobi tengah2 malam buta just because maintenance tak respon message & tak boleh datang (as told by receptionist). Balik kerja penat2 kena sidai di lobby almost 2 hours. Can u imagine how frustrated am i????????????

Tempat yang strategik, kedai makan, serbaneka dekat.. Mudah dan banyak pilihan.. Fasility bagus, sesuai dengan harga, air shower mantap. Laju dan air panas berfungsi dengan baik. Public parking banyak, free of charge.

They didn't allow me to check-in early and said that rooms are full but the same time they given rooms for another persons who did spot check-in

Ima rather regular customer here. Their room match for the price. Very convenient , near to KLIA , surroundings easily get food and convenience stores too.

房間比較舊，大廳可以接熱的飲用水。接送機需要付費，送機一次60RM，如果叫grab是35RM，價格供大家參考。
