Super great pillows because it is hard enough. Bathroom design not desirable. There is no door for the toilet. Free coffee machine provided is great for us. TV signals are weak and we can’t watch a decent program. Internet WiFi signal is weak and keeps dropping.

It's ends well other than a of TV and water heater, and the toilet flush which was not working upon my check in but was resolved after giving the feedback to the reception. I would like to give a shout out to Amira and the girls (so sorry as I had lost their names after it was written on a piece of paper). The first staff was the one who checked me out and the second staff was the "smaller lady whom I think wearing spec. All three were very professional in handling guests. Not forgetting to mention Kamal the housekeeping staff.

Hotel room is clean and good service from front desk. Decent parking spaces because sharing compound with MG car dealers.

Nice simple hotel. Good water pressure. Bed needs to be changed too old already nice location but road entering the hotel not clear and misleading

A lot of black stain and yellowish on the blanket and bedsheet. Time to change new bedsheet, blanket and towels. A bit dark for the hotel surroundings. Need to improve overall hygiene. Only 4 floors in total. Can hear when it’s raining from the room.
