MUO比利克-比利克酒店 (Bilik Bilik by Muo)

文青風旅店，極有質感，尤其是接待櫃台。 服務人員很親切，主動協助拿取行李，還提供膠帶供我使用（行李箱有些狀況）。 空間安靜，隔音尚可，睡的很舒服😌 有連蓬頭可以方便洗髮就很加分！

住進這酒店時，客服很詳細的告訴我酒店這幾天沒有水來，我聽到時也嚇了一跳，第一次遇到這種情況！不過我還是住進來，因為我一個大人帶着三個小孩，我已疲倦，不想再換酒店了！幸好到了半夜已有水來.

Overall is okay not bad . But the water is yellowish, please think again if you wanted to stay here . No solution as the reception said the water pull from outside . If the hotel is not ready shouldn’t open for public or at least do something . Understand as the budget hotel didn’t expect much. I did not shower for the day . Zzz to use mineral water to brush teeth. Not recommended unless they solve the water problem

Reasonable price with clean room

Repeated stay, as comfortable as always, toiletries high quality, the quilt is super comfy. But this time, for the 1st time i got a bigger table, as all previous stay, the only problem i have with this stay is the table is too small to be conducive, im surprise and satisfy that they have these type of big table available too. The power plug in toilet beside basin abit not stable, the hair dryer was switching on and off while using. One of the day, early in the morning 9am, they started drilling work, sound like its beside me and its super loud, was working late last night and couldn't get a good rest in the morning.

The strength of this hotel lies in its Muji-style design. No parking space is provided, but it's relatively easy to find parking as the hotel area is not crowded. I stayed in the deluxe twin room as I only needed a place to sleep. The room was fairly decent, with a beautiful design that suits a modern style. However, I felt that the quality of workmanship was somewhat lacking behind the superb design. Overall, for a short 永安, I found this hotel to be worthwhile

-The interior looks fresh and modern, and most importantly — it’s clean. -Room is spacious, which was super helpful for packing before a flight. -There’s a water dispenser available. -No bars nearby, so it’s quiet at night , perfect if you sleep early. 24-hour reception Basic stuff included: • Indoor slippers • Hair dryer • Multi-charging cable • Towels • Hair & body shampoo Extras (paid): • Toothbrushes 🪥 (didn’t see toothpaste though) Nice little bonuses: • Got a free welcome gift each guest gets a pack of 696 Muar coffee ☕️! • There’s a small pantry with free biscuits, tea, and coffee great if you wake up early and want a quick bite. • Shared fridge and microwave available. Heads up: Not much to explore within walking distance and no convenience stores nearby ,you’ll need to drive out for food or shops.

Staff were friendly. Location is convenient. Room didn't provide toothbrush but the reception is selling it for RM4. The room have shampoo and shower gel and hair dryer. The window curtain and bedding have some stains. But overall seems clean. Aircond is strong. Bidet and shower have good water pressure but the toilet takes longer to flush.

Rooms are great and the staff are nice. A lil chaos during the breakfast but overall experience are great. Walking distance ti KLCC and pavilion.

I had high expectations after reading so many good reviews, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete disappointment. First, I had requested a high-floor room, but upon check-in, I was told that all rooms had already been assigned, and I was placed on the first floor. While this was frustrating, the real issue came when I arrived at my room, I was shocked to find animal poo inside. I immediately went to the reception, showed them a picture, and requested a room change. However, the staff was polite but did not apologize and simply told me that they could not switch my room. The only solution they offered was to have someone clean it up. Since I was in a hurry to go out, I reluctantly accepted this. When I returned that night, the mess had been cleaned, but the room had a persistent bad smell throughout my stay. To make things worse, the next day, I found animal poo in the same spot again. Additionally, at night, there were many wild dogs outside, barking loudly, which made it difficult to rest. Overall, this was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I was relieved that I was only staying for two nights. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.
