THINK TWICE! Kalau nak celebrate honeymoon atau birthday i prefer hotel2 yang memang 5 star. Walaupun rating sini 4 star tapi sangat menyedihkan First, hotel dia bauu lama weh, seram masa mula2 masuk kt lift tu, bau mcm bangkai tak tau bau ape. Pestu kalau jenis korang request apa2 kt 永安. Jangan harap diroang mak buat. Tak dapat yerrr Kedua, barang banyak2 takde sape nk bukakkan pintu atau sediakan troli. Kena bawak sendiri ye gais. Sodeh. Tapi VIP dapat lak diroang antar naik

Its a gamble stay, i stayed here multiple times, sometime you might get run down room, sometime you might get perfect condition room, and this time i got one of the worst condition of all my stays in Klana. the wall rack in bath area is gone, so you have to put all your toiletries outside bath area. The Do Not Disturb and Make Up Room button are not functioning, so everyday have to go down to counter to informed make up room needed. 2 chairs are missing. Room service is very good, room is clean and quiet, bed is very comfy, breakfast is very nice too.

Bilik pool premium. Bilik depan kolam. Masuk bilik bau berkulat. Kulat lama melekat dekat perabot. Buat aduan pada staff beserta gambar. Staf tukar kelada bilik pool deluxe yang OK. 👍🏻

Stayed 1 day. The day I went Saturday was fully occupied with guests. Many corporate events were held on Saturday and Sunday. The room is large, and the price is relatively cheap. The resort surroundings are full of high grown trees. Very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Food, no issue. They have a restaurant and we can order tru tru Grab Food as well. My room package comes with a complimentary breakfast. Verity of local and continental foods. For those travelling by KTM commuter, can take grab. It's about 5-6 KM from Seremban Station.

真的無法形容這個酒店，設施老舊，牆體發黴，過道一股黴味，房間地毯臟污，衞生堪憂，礦泉水瓶上燈一照，全部是灰塵，非常非常的差。一定要避雷，還有小蟲子🐛。

A spacious, family-friendly resort near town with a peaceful, green setting. Offers large rooms, a nice pool, and lots of activities. However, the hotel is quite dated, with some maintenance and cleanliness issues. Service is friendly but inconsistent. Good for short getaways if you don’t mind older facilities.

The place was once really grand but now it’s a bit tired looking and old . The breakfast is so so . The pool cleanliness is questionable but I do say that the pool premium rooms are excellent it’s very big very comfortable and the toilets are huge

The hotel seems to be in bad condition, our room aircon not working, informed reception about the issue and was told the aircon was faulty before we moved in. That's really unacceptable to provide hotel guest room without aircon in this hot weather. After back and forth for 2 hours, we managed to changed to another room at 11pm. We really tired after a long day. I do not wish anyone to have this kind of experience.
