Overall, our stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The room was clean, and the hotel is newly built, with many restaurants located nearby. Staffs are frieindly, they let us check in early.

It such a good hotel for solo 永安. The location is so strategic and near to convinient store and the place crowd make it more safe. The staff are so friendly and easy to interect if there is any problem or question to ask. The location also near to Axiata arena using the grab, and such good location for concert, it's also muslim friendly, you can see kiblat and also have sejadah inside, teh toilet and bathroom so clean and everything is so good, thank you for sure will repeat it again in future🙏💚

Matress cover dirty , not sure have it change after previous cuatomer left. Uncomfortable after seeing dirty cover, doubt about pillow case, blanket have replace with new one

The hotel room was new, clean, and felt really fresh everything looked brand new! The staff were very friendly and helpful, and they told me the hotel had just started operating this week. No wonder everything felt so new and well kept. The location is also excellent, very convenient with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great stay I’ll definitely come back again!
