挺不錯的，很舒適，一個人出差不錯的選擇，地段也非常好，酒店工作人員也很和善，性價比拉滿，下次來一定還住這家

房間不大，但房子比較新，有健身房和泳池，周邊1公里不到一個大商場，中餐很多。另外就是周邊有公園方便健身，所以性價比沒得説了，相當好。但由於是公寓式酒店，所以沒有啥服務，一切靠微信聯繫，最好能懂點英語，不然的話有點費勁。

Close to NIH and Setia City Mall (driving, not walkable). Spacious unit well equipped kitchen. Plenty of eateries downstairs with a grocery store. However, noisy at night, poor sound proofing.

Extremely troublesome deposit by bank transfer only. Anyone staying here MUST have a local bank account. They DO NOT accept credit card for deposit even though it is mentioned on 永安 that they do. Totally not recommended for tourist or non-locals to stay here. This is NOT a hotel. This is a poorly managed Airbnb with no customer service. Go with other operators in the same complex.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very accommodating. The property is located in a quiet area, which was perfect for business traveller.
