The staff are good, but the fault lies with the owner. Everything is old: the bed, mattress, and blanket. The bathroom is bad; the hot water is broken, and the water pressure is too low to shower. The rooms have cockroaches, just like in restaurants. The place doesn't deserve any stars; it's terrible and needs renovation and maintenance.

fabric kekuningan, nampak lama. Pastu apa pasal lah ada bulu2 manusia. memang masa buat room cleaning tu cleaner punya bula gugur2 ke??? ruang terlalu kecil, langsir pon macam nak tercabut. paling cikai pon sediakan lah cermin? takkan orang nak bersiap kena masuk toilet nak tengok cermin? toilet pon sekangkang kera. shower tak keluar air, hiasan je kot? PALING WORST GILA PINTU BILIK KENA PANGGIL RECEPTIONIST UNTUK BUKAK SEBAB SMART LOCK PINTU TU ROSAK? DAH TU 10 KALI AKU KELUAR BANYAK KALI TU LAH AKU NAK PANGGIL KAU SURUH BUKAK KAN PINTU? BENDA PALING BASIC UNTUK SAFETY TAPI FAILEEEED!
