Dapat bilik yg air-cond tidak berfungsi dgn baik. Agak kecewa..tak sejuk seluruh bilik. Setting 16 pun keluar angin je..Karpet pun agak kotor. Agak bising dr bunyi benda mcm compressor tepi tingkap..tidur pun tak lena. Cuma yg bestnya anak suka mandi kolam..

Great stay! The hotel room was clean and very spacious!, staff were friendly and helpful (terhilangkan kad akses), and the location was perfect. Breakfast buffet had a wide variety. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Happy to stay here...celebration my husband birthday. Overall daftar masuk hotel cepat...layanan staf hotel baik & membantu sgt. Especially utk belian 1 slices kek dgn tulisan happy birthday utk suami. Parking utk OKU pun disediakan. Akan berkunjung lagi nnti...

I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. The air conditioner in the room was not working properly—it wasn’t cooling at all. I informed the staff about it, but when I returned later, the issue still hadn’t been fixed. Additionally, the iron in the room was not functioning. I called to request a replacement, but it took a very long time for it to be delivered, which was quite inconvenient. While the room was otherwise decent and the location was good, the lack of responsiveness from the staff and unresolved issues made the stay frustrating. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and maintenance in the future.

Bilik besar..bersih, selesa..loc terbaik! Sabtu malam ada pasar malam blkg hotel je jalan kaki..parking banyak..tapi masa checkin pool under maintenance huhu pihak hotel patut inform dulu pd guest..

The hotel is great. We stayed in room 505. However, the cleanliness of the room was appalling. The carpets have bits and pieces of crumbs, and behind the curtains there is some trash not fully cleared. The bed has strains of black hair, which does not belong to us (dyed hair). There were no towels available and only provided upon request. It seems though the room was cleaned in a rush. Mind you we checked in way late after 4 pm. Not all bad though, the breakfast makes up for all the complaints. Breakfast spread was good.
