門爛 設施爛 牆爛 廁所門都爛 附近工業區很多外籍勞工在裏面居住 根本沒住直接拿行李下去check out 換酒店

Tempah hotel siap dengan Sarapan.. Bilik yang besar dan sangat luas.. Sangat selesa untuk bergerak.. Ada peti ais kecil.. TV siaran terhad.. Cuma kekurangannya air cond perlu diselenggara kerana agak kurang sejuk penghawanya.. Agak kecewa tuala lupa hendak disediakan sehingga perlu menelefon bahagian kaunter menggunakan telefon sendiri..kemudahan WiFi hanya di ruang lobi dan tiada capaian bila berada dalam bilik.. Sarapan yang disediakan sangat sedap.. Nasi lemak dengan Sambal yang padu.. Kuetiao yang sangat menyelerakan ditambah kuih-muih Beserta bijirin cornflakes dan koko crunch.. Secara keseluruhannya masih baik cuma perlu perbaiki beberapa kelemahan.. Staf di kaunter perlu senyum bagi membuatkan pengunjung rasa disambut dengan baik.. Parking free hanya diperoleh sebelum check out.. Jika anda ada keluar masuk sebelum itu.. Caj RM1 akan dikenakan bagi setiap jam anda parking.. Tq for this experience..

Stayed here for a business 永安, and it exceeded expectations. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was professional and attentive, always ready to assist. Convenient amenities like fast Wi-Fi made it easy to work efficiently. The location was ideal, with easy access to key business areas. Plus, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of fresh options. Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone traveling on business. Highly recommend!

The hotel is not 4 star as it claim to be, you can experience it for yourself if don't mind going through the same experience as i did with my family. To give you an idea how bad the hotel is, there's no cargo elevator for the cleaner to transfer all the garbage from all the rooms or from their kitchen so they use the main elevator, so the aroma of the garbage or trash still lingers in the elevator when you use them.

This is not my first time staying here..it’s a large room with pantry and dining area..comfortable bed and convenient parking..the only inconvenience thing is the ironing area is at the dark area..hard to do some ironing in the dark area..maybe can improve on that
