酒店硬體設施很好，只是所在區域不大適合我，由於本人飲食較注重有煙火味的華人茶室，在這區域很難找到。駕車逛了附近，華人茶室少，由於本人不熟悉此地區，所以逛了近兩個小時都找不到華人茶室，只好在酒店隔壁的商場吃中午餐，可惜此商場的中華料理也偏少，且缺乏煙火味，吃起來也不怎様。 總體來說，酒店是一流的，但不適合九流的我

Im always stay here 4d3N every year , because i have meeting nearby hotel, best hotel and easy access to shopping mall Icity shah alam, just walk 2min from hotel, and during night just can walk from hotel 2min to night entertainment at icity. Never disappointed with this hotel, Breakfast very delicious, many hotel i try , this hotel breakfast is the best.😊

The hotel room was quite spacious and comfortable. Parking was provided and easily accessible. The receptionist was friendly, and I’m satisfied with the service provided. Thank you for free gift given during check in registration.

酒店離機場很遠，打車要75馬幣左右，但比吉隆坡市中心近一點，酒店規模比較大，大堂寬敞明亮，設計精美，房間整潔乾淨，但臨馬路的一側有噪音，窗戶是打不開的，酒店旁邊就有個購物中心，有各種餐食，旁邊還有一個是I city燈光秀，晚上很漂亮，離藍色清真寺不遠，過去很方便。早餐品種豐富，各種咖喱，有現做的米粉，和各種餅，健身房24小時，游泳池在5樓。

5 stars hotel with good service. First time I am staying in Doubletree by Hilton. Overall the hotel service is good from reception till housekeeping. When I checked in the room, the sofa was missing from my room, and also the bathroom window blind was faulty, but the issues were resolved promptly after my request. Hotel food is delicious as well. The only thing is the location is remote, far from city center, not much shopping option. But it is near to the place where I need to head to the next day.

Everything was okay. Ive always love their warm cookies. The only thing that was off was the Grab’s collection point. Was at level LG3, then u have to walk all the way to the collection point which is kinda smelly and far. I wish the management could do something about the collection point. It would be better if the point is placed near the lift. Other than that, i think everything is good! Varieties selections on buffet spread. They even serve ice cream in the morning!

Bersih cantik just toilet ada la stain sikit. Service pun bagus. Breakfast belum try. Aircond, tv all functioning well. Tv channel pun banyak option. Kalau bole buka youtube at the smart tv will be better. Semua furniture & facilities ada note so kita tahu cara guna. Kemas teratur dan simple
