Room services are very poor. I asked many times for everything like towel, soap, water bottle. Waste of money.

No food. No t pap-per no towel had to ask for one. No soap, had to find a place to buy what i didn't bring.

Worst stay experience. First, i was given a smaller room (that too someone used the bathroom and floor was wet with footsteps) than what i was paid for, upon questioning and demand, got proper room but ac was not cooling. Water seeping from wall and collected on floor, even though no rain on that day.

Do not stay at this hotel even offers free stay. Cockroaches were roaming in room, bathroom. Dirty bed sheets, pillow. Tv was not working. No soap, no towel. No in-house restaurant. I would like to give minus 5 star not even zero.

Original did booking at rainbow tower, but few hours before checkin they said that they have moved the reservation to rainbow international, siting water issue. Terrible experience- dirty rooms, bathrooms, no water, no service, no breakfast, overall waste of money. I thing they did a scam to me. The rooms doesn’t even worth 500 rupees

Very very poor maintenance and they have only 3 car parking. We parked our car on the road. Complementary breakfast also not provide.

Nearer to airport. House keeping staff was kind enough to change bed covers after i requested for change. Ac & tv were not working. Likely climate was good outside else would have been hard to manage without ac

"lovely hotel lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.
