慢撒民宿 (Mansa Homestay)

這次居住體驗感超不錯，房子打掃不乾淨，地巾“超級臟，”浴室水下不去，沒人處理，不方便洗澡，進去的時候裏面還有用過的浴巾沒收，床品用的是一次性的…工作人員説話十分不禮貌，房子隔音不好，被吵睡眠不好

The place is so bad that we had to leave after a couple of hours to another hotel nearby. The check-in process wasn't smooth and I had to ask my Chinese friend to communicate with them. After about 30mins, we got in to find a very dirty room with hair and stains on the bed and the carpet. The shower smells like pee. And there were empty bottles of commercial shower gel (probably left by the previous guests). And there's no towels!? Really??!!! There are only two very impractical and cheap disposable towels. All in all it was a huge disappointment and will never book again.

Upon arrival, the hotel was excessively warm, and no staff member was present to assist. Also resulted in a two-hour delay before entry location was not easy to find it was in an area where these directions had been listed with no visible signs. Furthermore, my attempts to contact the hotel via phone and message remained unanswered. Therefore, I request a complete refund to compensate for the unacceptable lack of customer service and communication.
