南城假日酒店(上海周浦萬達廣場康橋地鐵站店) (Holiday Inn Nancheng (Shanghai Xiupu Road Kangqiao Subway Station))

辦入住手續時候我提醒前台房間得有網絡信號📶，電視📺要能看，遙控器要有電池🔋好用，這些前台的聽勸都給避免了，想着該是不錯，不成想新的問題又出現了，淋浴🚿花灑🚿固定不住，自己大半夜的掉地上成二樣了，沒得用了，呵呵，反饋衹為改進提升

非常好，酒店環境特別滿意，而且附近有很多超市出行很方便，地鐵就在旁邊，非常值得推薦，物美價廉優惠很大，特別棒

房間乾淨整潔，上下樓電梯直達，出門公交接地鐵，酒店周圍快餐便利店飯店都有，遊玩很方便！門前還能免費停車！

來上海旅遊，選了這家酒店。雖然地理位置遠了點，但是總體的性價比是很高的，周圍吃飯和超市都還是比較方便，環境也比較安靜，睡眠質量不錯。要是房裡的設施再好一點點就更好了，不過總體來説是很好的選擇。

I am requesting a full refund as though this is a very budget hotel it is still not worth the amount spent, firstly difficult to get to and unless you undesrtand chinese then you maybe able to get there easier, after spending a couple of hours at the airport asking around on how to get there I was finally forced to cash out from an ATM so I can pay a taxi to drive me there which is unfortunatley metered so I ended up spending close to the amount already spent on booking this room. Staff there spoke no english so even when i called up to ask on best method of transportation they were not able to help me. Checking is was easy but communication was still limmited, I was pointed in the direction of the elevator and left to find the room on my own, when i got to the floor I looked around untill one of the staff saw that i was lost then decided to help me find the room. Trying to connect to wifi requires that you enter a mobile number and even though I had a local number purchased at the airport I had no signal to the room and was unable to complete the login to use the wifi, I then returned to the lobby to inform the front desk staff and was informed that even her mobile recieves no signal that but her auntie would come up to my room and help me connect in which she did roughly an hour later. Televison in the room only has local chanels availabe so not very entertaining for foreigners and so you must rely on the interenet which is still very limited. Using the shower I found that only the hand held shower head is the only one working as the larger rainfall head was not working. Toilet paper was only half rolls not sure why and one tiny used soap was left at the sink, I later found that room was not very clean with stains allover the walls and spiderwebs near desk legs and one light bulb inside bathroom kept flickering. I also suspect that towels were not fresh as a hair was found on one and bed sheets smelt like smoke. Also an injury hazard with a screw penetrating through desk leg. Photos of the room were very misleading, shame on you 永安 very disapointed. I have attched my own photos of my experience. Please refund.

Мы были на семейном отдыхе с друзьями с 28 декабря 2024 года по 05 января 2025 года. Забронировали два больших номера, примерно по 70 кв.м. Номера просторные, двух ярусные. Спальные места есть и на первом и на втором ярусе. Первую ночь было холодно спать, так как в Китае не предусматривается водяное отопление в домах. Созвонились с собственником апартаментов и он нас научил включать комнатные кондиционеры, чтобы дул теплый воздух. В комнатах есть зона кухни, там готовили завтраки. Так же предоставляется хороший запас питьевой воды. В отеле очень хороший и быстрый интернет через Wi-Fi. Расположение апартаментов хорошее. Вокруг есть маленькие магазинчики, торговый Центр и метро. Всё очень удобно

設施很老舊了，wifi連上了沒網，電視也沒網打不開，晾衣桿都殘破不堪 水壺口也不知道是什麼東西 噁心 想燒壺水來燙一下馬桶的。。。。也不幹了 馬桶也很臟。。。花灑頭上出水口也很臟。。。。 床墊跟沒有似的 電梯裏更臭

非常好推薦，如果來上海，這是我必須推薦的酒店，位置好，服務好，美女服務員熱情周到，相當贊，如有需要會一直住在這裏，哦買噶如此之好的酒店非他莫屬
