Place needs to be refurbished not a lot. But some work is required. Toilets are way too small, rooms are massive. Toilet tap was broken. They could do a lot better with breakfast choices. Overall not a bad place for a short stay.

The worst hotel I've ever been to, dirty, dingy, mirrors not cleaned, grout in the shower was falling off, it was impossible to take a bath without flip-flops. I will never go there again.

設施：挺老的，感覺是個舊的大house改成了酒店，有後院花園，雖然老，但是挺全 衞生：挺好的，正常水平 環境：環境不錯，有古典風 服務：早餐服務認真，主動，入住服務也不錯

The first room the bed took up the 95% of the room, I felt like I was stuck because of the bed and the window wouldn't open. The send room had lots of hair all over the bed. The windows in both rooms are blocked out, blurry so can't see out of them. Photos show hair on the bed.

The hotel is about a mile or so from the City centre and on a side road. I found it was very clean and the room was comfortable. There was a good shower and tea and coffee to drink. The staff there do an excellent job and go out of the way to make you feel comfortable. I would visit again for sure.

booked for my nana and grandad as it was their first time in Sheffield, told the reception this and they upgraded them to a suite! room was lovely with a huge bathroom. location was in such a nice quiet place of the city. would definitely book again

This is our second time to stay at this hotel in three weeks and again, we loved everything about it. Thanks to the receptionists who are always professional and friendly. Look forward to coming back in a few weeks to enjoy our walks around Kinder Scott and lovely evenings in Sheffield city centre.

The hotel has a nice feel about it. The single room I had was fine for one night. The bathroom was nice, it was almost as big as the room !! The shower was excellent. I did not sleep well, the mattress was rather uncomfortable. I did report it and was told they were in the process of upgrading mattresses. The staff were all very happy, welcoming and friendly.
