The hotel is family-friendly with a welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary drinks were offered upon departure or while waiting for a taxi. The location was quiet and peaceful; however, it might not be ideal for those wanting quick access to nearby amenities. Some walking was necessary to reach various facilities, although bicycles were provided free of charge. The breakfast was adequate. The rooms did not meet my expectations and could have been improved. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room is ok, spacious enough for 2 people. The only downside is the water heater in the hotel is powered by solar energy. If you come to Phu Quoc during the rainy season from March to September (sometimes until October), you may not have hot water to shower.

We had the best stay at Tom Hill. Thanks especially to Sang who went out of his way to make our stay extra special. It was my daughters birthday and he organized a cake and a surprise celebration that made her day. We loved the hotel’s beautiful pool and the clean, spacious bungalow. The staff were super friendly and Sang went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, also organizing transportation to airport for his. The hotel is well located for exploring Phu Quoc, we hired scooter for a couple of days to get to other parts of the island - the waterfall was a 10min drive, then was a 10min walk to beautiful beach bars in days we didn’t have scooters. Highly recommend Tom Hill our best stay in Phu Quoc!!

Touched by Sam’s kindness! She was able to communicate well with guests throughout the stay and try to meet guests needs! ❤️❤️But insects things…nature things, may come around! ! Pool size is wonderful! Yoga class is free for guests too! Love it

在山坡上距離夜市都有些遠，晚上街燈不多，風景不錯，但很多昆蟲，沒有電視機，酒店有些偏和舊，住客不多。員工多數不懂英語，只懂越南語，多數用手機翻譯，但是很樂意幫忙的。

Good value for the price we paid. Traveling with 1 child 11 years old. Breakfast buffet was good and the the service people we attentive with all the different request you may have. It is upon a hill so I rented the motor bike to get up and down the hill. The pool was a nice amenity to enjoy at the end of the day. Our room had slow hot water and they offered to upgrade us to a villa which we declined. Friendly staff and I would recommend this place for my friends and family.

위치는 중간이라 여기 저기 오가기.편하고 주위에 킹콩마트나 음식점들이 꽤 있어서 좋았어요. 1F은 샤워 부스가 투명해서 방을 바꿨어요. 도로에서 호텔까지는 짐이 없으면 걸어서 다닐만 해요. 길이 조금 어둡긴하지만. 조식도 맛있고 가성비 좋은 호텔인듯요.
