深圳凱華酒店 (Shenzhen Kaihua Hotel)

酒店位置便利就位於東門，裝修中規中矩，有曾經翻新過既痕跡，不足之外處為房間沒有提供樽裝水及淋浴🚿熱水不夠熱～

酒店不大，房間蠻小的，湊合住一天還行，地理位置很好，離東門老街很近，很熱鬧的步行街，餐館多不怕肚子餓沒東西吃

很好很整潔地理位置十分方便

房間很小，，非常吵，枕頭也超級不舒服，睡了脖子疼，最後還是用自己的衣服來當枕頭的，樓下修路，你寫上，不然我也不會定，吵死了，怎麼休息，房間也不乾淨

衞生一般，阿姨還把我牙刷收走了🙄還有因為我是分開時間定的連續2晚，但辦理入住的時候，沒有辦理連續入住，搞的我昨晚開不了門還得下來找前台，其他還行

非常好啊贊

不會有第二次！！你們有沒見過酒店點有送耳塞的。有興趣的，自己來體驗

This hotel is located only on the 6th floor of a building behind the pedestrian walk only with limited rooms. Distance is near to shopping and restaurants very convenient. There's an issue I'd booked a total of 3 rooms. 1 room with king bed (some with window) and 2 rooms with 2 beds with city view windows, but the hotel gave us the 2 rooms without windows due to customers occupying they didn't check out on the time we arrived. While the king bedroom has a window. I was very disappointed. The lady boss agreed to change the next day if there's a vacant room with a window(back street, not city view). The hotel claimed that the info 永安 provided about the room was not accurate, and it wasn't the hotel problem. Although the room design was quite nice and well equipped but the whole floor smelled smoky. The air ventilation fan was filled with dust and not working well it stopped halfway. There's no place to walk after opening up the luggage. So I moved the 2 beds together to make more space. The service is ok. We requested extra towels and wifi connection they provided immediately The room opposite us has window sleep with the door opened. I saw the window outside the back street. My sister and old mother inlaw could not stand the strange smell, and I myself was allergic to cigarette smoke, so we decided to cancel the next day. It's too bad no window. If there's a window, at least we can get some fresh air and will stay for another night. The hotel said it was 永安 giving the wrong details about the room, and we should report to the app customer service. The lady boss doesn't understand English, so I changed the app into chinese language, and she helped me to cancel the rooms with reason "the change of 永安 itinerary" in chinese. I can read a little bit but didn't care to amend the real reason for cancelation anymore as long as we can leave the hotel asap. To be honest, this hotel is only suitable for smokers. It's not a good choice for family with kids and old parents. Felt sorry for my family for booking this hotel.

一分錢一分貨是明白的，但我可 好肯定 根本不是酒店， 只是一家 極之差的賓館！ 水力不夠根本連洗頭都不能！ 大家不要相信 其他評價！ 我只是實話實說
