房間除了空間小以外幾乎沒有任何不足。前台經理友善耐心。這回訂的房間還含早餐，酒店位置離阿姆斯特丹中央車站非常近，走路即可。周圍的街坊也有很多吃飯的地方。總的來説居住體驗很不錯愜意。

The hotel is one star itself with no lift. One has to carry luggage upstairs at lease one level (to level 1) or to level 3 with steep stairs. The very good part is location. The breakfast is so so and the coffee is ok.

First time in Amsterdam, such a Horriable place!! The rooms is full of bed bugs. Was not aware of the situation first night as got there late, slept in the infested bed for whole night! God knows how many bugs was on that bed. I didn't feel much at first night as their bites reaction is usually delyed. I found a bug on the bed not knowing what they were as first time seening them and squish it with tissue shocked to see so many blood came out from it. I still didn't know how much trouble I was in just thought it was one bug. Went to front desk told them about it, seems they weren't surprise, said they will "upgrade" me to another bigger room. Started iching on the 2nd day, but 3 day was the worst as all the bites marks is showing and skin allergy started developing. I had to take anti hestimine medicine, put on insects bite cream still couldn't sleep through the night.

アムステルダム駅や中心にかなり近く立地が良い。 ホテルに入るには隣のホテルの受付に行き、ドアを開けてもらう必要があるのが若干手間だが、立地の良さと階段上がってすぐに部屋があるため総じて利便性は良い。 トイレとシャワーは部屋外の共用利用だが、部屋に洗面台はあった。

Heizung ging nicht bei 8 Grad Außentemperatur. Frühstück schlecht, es gab nicht mal Tomaten oder Gurken. Mein 4 Monate junger Sohn musste voll bezahlen inkl. Frühstück....der kann nicht mal kauen!!! Außen Toilette und Dusche konnte ich vorab nicht erlesen....wurde uns dann beim Einchecken mitgeteilt. 2te Etage mit einem Baby ist eine echte Katastrophe. Hätte man mal vorher lesen können!!

中心街にあるので移動はしやすいですが夜1人でホテルから出るのは危ないかなという印象でした。しかしスタッフさんも気さくで、部屋も清潔で満足しました！
