The homestay itself was very well located and pretty. The rooms were clean and well decorated. The staff were not the most responsive and the main desk was often unmanned and the staff was hard to reach. When i could get in touch with them or find them, they were helpful.

There was no experience at all. Nice boys who didn't understand english were waiting on me the room which was allotted was really bad. Didn't even have. A telephone for me to call it was so high up. No lifts. Very inconvenient for anything. Location is decent. But no one cud understand how to get there. It was in the interiors. It was a very bad experience over all.

Starting from the location, the ark guesthouse is located in a neighborhood where restaurants, shops, public transport, etc is quite accessible. Its a safe choice as well as not too chaotic. The interiors are very pretty, and the guesthouse is quite aesthetic. Rooms are as clean as they could be. Aptly lit, and very airy. The staff is super helpful, courteous and accommodating. Excellent place for the cost they're charging.
