Rahat Regency is the worst place to book. The rooms are very untidy and smelly, during my stay the whole night there was no power supply and water in the hotel. Rooms booked by us were bigger in size with view and the hotel provided a small room with no view. Also there was no wardrobe in the room. With all these issues charges were too high for guests.

It is not worth to stay for the amount charged. Have not provided toilet kit, morning tea arrangements (electric kettle, tea bags, etc) in the room. Also options of the breakfast menu are pathetic.

Cleanliness was not proper. Dining area can be improved. Room was small. In the morning, light went off when we needed geyser and miraculously came back when we got ready for checkout, so couldn't bath.

The hotel staff's behaviour was very bad and the hotel was also bad. I want to tell everyone one thing that you should never stay in this hotel. The people in this hotel tried to rob us whenever they got a chance.

There is in make my 永安 showing that hotel is available in 727 per day but we are on a hotel and hotel owner said that the room will cost at 1600 per day there is a scam

Very poor services and charged rs 1100 extra for room and not provided complimentatry breakfast as booked through mm t. Breakfast included in my tarrif but hotel denied it very hectic behaviour of receptionist.
